Statements of Qualifications are requested for Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) services associated with the Mid-Ohio Water System Improvements. Submittals must follow the format and quantity requirements described in the Request for Qualifications. The general Project scope includes the following. _ Water treatment plant with a nominal capacity of 5 million gallons per day (mgd). Owner and Design Engineer are currently evaluating treatment technologies through an alternatives analysis phase. Likely technologies include lime softening or membranes. _ Groundwater wells. _ Raw water conveyance, including pumping and piping infrastructure. _ Finished water conveyance to an industrial site Wastewater conveyance from an industrial site to Plain City WWTP The total cost for CMAR services (Phase I and Phase II) is currently budgeted at $60 million - $90 million.
