This is a 3 year contract to complete year round grounds maintenance for 10 buildings in the city of Leduc. The work will consist of mowing at all buildings, edging and trimming, and fall clean up, as well as snow removal. Snow must be removed from all sidewalks, keeping them clear to the cement and ensuring a safe cleared walkway to the buildings' garbage containers.
