The scope of work includes the replacement of the asphalt roadway, driveways and parking areas, as well as the replacement of all existing concrete sidewalks, patio blocks, and paving stone patios. All timber retaining walls and fencing are to be replaced as outlined in the project drawings. The work also includes the removal and disposal of all exterior sheds, including the concrete floor slab. Disturbed soft surfaces such as grass areas must be restored after completion of the work.
