The project involves the installation of approximately 30,000 linear feet of 12-inch diameter ductile iron pipe waterline using the open cut method, 8,000 linear feet of 8-inch diameter ductile iron pipe waterline using the open cut method, and 2,400 linear feet of 12-inch diameter waterline installed using the directional drill method. The work includes construction of a booster station, construction of a 100,000-gallon water tower, installation of fire hydrants and valves, trench excavation, trenchless excavation, waterline and appurtenances installation, trench backfilling, waterline disinfection and testing, pavement and driveway repair, removal of trees, site restoration, maintenance of traffic, and installation and maintenance of erosion control measures. Bids must be clearly marked and accompanied by an appropriate bid guaranty.
