Description

Renovation of an educational facility in Brecksville, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Sealed Bids are invited for the Cuyahoga Valley Career Center 2026 Security Upgrade Project, covering all necessary labor, materials, tools, machinery, and appliances. Bids must be submitted on provided forms in accordance with the plans and specifications prepared by Karpinski Engineering. A mandatory pre-bid meeting is required for all bidders. Bids must be accompanied by a bid guarantee per Section 153.571 and 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code and include the full names of all interested parties, as well as the price for labor and materials. All bids must comply with nondiscrimination requirements. Bids may not be withdrawn within sixty days of opening. The Owner may accept or reject any bids, may waive informality, and reserves the right to contract in the best interest of all concerned. A liquidated damages fee may be charged for work not complete by the specified completion date.
