DeKalb County is soliciting bids for Traffic Pavement Markings under a five-year multiyear contract. Bidders are required to provide all personnel and materials necessary to deliver goods or services in compliance with specified requirements. The contract is of an “Indefinite Quantity” type, with county requirements to be satisfied on an “as ordered” basis. No guarantee is made concerning order quantity. The scope includes services for approximately 2,000 miles of roads, with maintenance on both listed and unlisted streets as needed. Work must be completed according to Georgia Department of Transportation standards and detailed in the price schedule and attachments. Regular service calls require a response within 48 hours, and work is generally to be performed Monday through Friday during specified hours, with weekend or emergency work possible. All pricing must be all-inclusive and submitted separately as stated. Bidders must provide the required qualifications, references, certifications, and business licenses as specified. Invoices are to be itemized and submitted per assignment. Additional or extra work must be approved in writing by the County. All work and documentation must comply with the detailed general terms and conditions, including insurance, audit rights, and conformance to state and County laws and policies. Bidders must submit any questions or requests for interpretation in writing before the specified deadline.
