Renovation of a multi-residential development in Red Deer, Alberta. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
The WCB is seeking a Contractor to complete a Residential Home Modification Project in Red Deer, Alberta as per the specifications and drawings contained in this IFB. The project will consist, but is not limited to, the following tasks: 1. Supply and installation of all material and systems described herein for the interior modifications to the existing 1 storey 1206 square foot on the main floor with a fully finished basement. 2. Construct a new 86 square foot addition to the rear of the home to accommodate an entry and elevator shaft for barrier free accessibility. 3. Remove and reconstruct a new elevated rear deck as per the drawings. 4. Remove and reinstall the existing paving stone walkway in the rear of the home as required to accommodate the construction and new addition as shown on the drawings. 5. Interior modifications as indicated on the drawings including the modified main floor bathroom. 6. Installation of all mechanical and electrical system modifications in accordance with the requirements outlined on the drawings. 7. Replace flooring as indicated on the drawings. 8. The intent of this project is to meet the "CSA B651-18 Accessible Design For the Built Environment". The Place of the Project is in Red Deer, Alberta.
