The Consultant who is selected for this project and all Subconsultants the Prime Consultant will be using are scheduled to attend an initial meeting on July 29, 2026, at 10:00 AM at the Region Three/District Five Office in Paris. Phase I/II engineering services are required for the preparation of a project report and final contract plans, specifications, and cost estimates for a bridge replacement project at S.N. 092- 0075 which carries Oakwood St. over I-74 at 1.8 Miles north of US 150 in Vermilion County. The Consultants Phase I work, if required, may consist of preparing Bridge Condition Reports, Structure Reports, Type Size and Location (TS&L) drawings, Structure Geotechnical Report (SGR) and a Project Report. This work may include data collection, cost estimates, traffic management analysis, transportation management plans, crash analysis, quantity computations, and other related work items required to produce a project report.
