Renovation of an educational facility in Danville, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Remove and replace accessible galvanized domestic cold water and hot water supply and return piping lines at the basement level and first floor level with new copper piping. Remove and replace existing domestic hot water heater and recirculation pump. Work is to take place during the summer session and will be phased so that occurs in one half of the building during the first half of the summer session and work in the other half of the building will be partially occupied during construction. At contractor's convenience. work may take place throughout the fall and spring semesters and breaks contingent upon the college's approval. Contractor shall coordinate all work with the college's schedule, providing at least 1 week's advance notice for any work.
