Renovation of a military facility in Danville, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
The work consists of renovating existing bathrooms to correct Facility Condition Assessment deficiencies, including installation of grab bars, mounted mirrors, bathroom accessories, required turning clearances, door swing corrections, pipe sleeve insulation in accordance with accessibility guidelines and standards, updated bathroom signage, lockers with accessible locker identification for administrative areas, benches, roll-in shower installations per VA accessibility guidelines, and removal and replacement of toilet exhaust fans. The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, supplies, equipment, tools, supervision, management, and all other resources necessary to complete the renovations in accordance with the drawings and specifications. The period of performance is 365 calendar days from issuance of the Notice to Proceed. Location: VA Illiana Health Care System, 1900 East Main Street, Danville, IL 61832-5100. The magnitude of the requirement is between $1,000,000 and $2,000,000. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
