Site work for a mixed-use development in Trenton, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a fire / police facility; and municipal facility.
The scope of work shall be completed in accordance with the regulatory requirements of the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP). A Licensed Site Remediation Professional (LSRP) shall oversee and agree with the findings and recommendations for each site. This scope of work includes the submittal of documents assigning the LSRP of record for each case. The scope of work shall include but is not limited to the following tasks as necessary: a. File an LSRP Notice of Retention form with the NJDEP for each site. b. Perform investigations to locate former tanks and areas of concern. c. Prepare required applications, Site Investigation Reports, and Remedial Investigation Reports, as necessary. d. Prepare Area of Concern forms, Response Action Outcome forms, etc. as necessary Under this scope of work, file reviews will be conducted for each of the following sites: o Trenton Fire Department Engine 6, 59-61 S. Olden Avenue (PI 033162) o Trenton Fire Department, Engine 8, 698 Stuyvesant Avenue (PI 033163) o Trenton Police Headquarters, 225 N. Clinton Avenue (PI 022719) o Trenton Sanitation, 707-745 Calhoun Street (PI 003605) Trenton Public Works Yard, 476 Brunswick Ave. (PI 003301 & PI 03214) Questions must be submitted in writing to igarcia@trentonnj.org. Deadline date for questions is MAY 1, 2026.There will be no pre-bid meeting associated with this procurement process. The sites can be viewed from adjacent public areas and rights-of-way.
