The work includes the labor, materials, tools, and equipment required to remove an existing dam, grade and restore the natural channel for approximately 1.4 miles south of the structure, and restore disturbed areas. All work must be done in strict compliance with the Plans and Specifications. Only complete digital project bidding documents downloaded from QuestCDN can be used for bid submittal. Bidders must submit bids online via QuestCDN's vBid process. Hardcopy bids are not accepted. Partial set of documents will not be issued. The Owner reserves the right to hold all bids for 45 days, reject any or all bids, waive any informality or irregularity, and accept the bid deemed to be in their best interest. The Owner may rebid the project until a satisfactory bid is received. Questions will be accepted until 2 pm on May 21, 2026.
