Site work and paving for a road / highway in Bismarck, North Dakota. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway.
Burleigh County will engage the services of qualified engineering firms to perform construction engineering work such as surveying, sampling and testing of materials, inspection and measuring, and computing pay quantities. Firms submitting proposals must be qualified to perform the construction engineering activities identified above and/or required by NDDOT for Federally funded construction projects. The project includes the Construction Engineering for the 2" Mill and 2" HMA Overlay and Seal Coat of Moffit Road from ND Highway 1804 to US Highway 83, Burleigh County. Consulting firms interested in performing the work shall submit four hard copies of their proposal and one electronic copy in PDF format to the County Engineer at 8100 43rd Ave NE, Bismarck, North Dakota 58503. Burleigh County will only consider proposals received on or before 1:30 P.M. (Local Time) on May 19, 2026. Late proposals will be considered unresponsive and will not be considered. Selection will be on the basis of the following criteria: past performance, ability of professional personnel, willingness to meet time and budget requirements, location, recent, current, and projected workloads, related experience on similar projects, recent and current work for the agency, project understanding, issues, and approach, and DBE requirements. Proposals should be limited to 5 pages.
