Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Weston, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The work includes construction of approximately 800 linear feet of concrete sidewalk, curb, and gutter along Water Street, as well as new curb ramps at the Water Street intersections with Main and Wallace Streets. Stormwater improvements include installation of five new catch basins, two manholes, approximately 200 linear feet of storm drain pipe, and a drainage trench. Work includes furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, and appurtenances necessary to complete the project as specified in the Technical Specifications and as shown on the Drawings. The contract is subject to the applicable provisions of the Oregon Prevailing Wage Law. Minority and women-owned businesses are encouraged to bid and should indicate their status on the Planholders List. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Est. Value Notes: $230,000 to $270,000 Question Deadline 05/12/2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
