Description

Renovation of a theater / auditorium in Eugene, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a theater / auditorium.

This project includes a base bid to remove seating platforms and upgrade lights. An alternate bid includes adding cooling to the existing spot booth. This work requires installing a cooling unit in the spot booth and a rooftop unit, extending electrical through Silva Hall above the ceiling, opening the gypsum plenum between the roof structure and patching, core drilling, and membrane roof modifications. Question Deadline 05/28/2026 Bidders and Sub-Bidders requiring clarification or interpretation of the Bidding Documents shall make a request to reach the Owner at least seven days prior to the date for receipt of Bids.
