Sealed bids are requested for the recoating of secondary clarifier mechanisms. The project is described as "Secondary Clarifier Mechanism Recoating" for the City of Eugene. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at the Wastewater Facility located at 410 River Avenue, Eugene, Oregon. The bid request is pursuant to ORS 279C.365 and City of Eugene Public Contracting Rules. Bids must be submitted by the specified deadline. The City of Eugene soliciting bids for bids for recoating ten (10) secondary clarifier mechanisms. The work will be performed over five (5) consecutive dry-weather seasons, with two (2) clarifiers to be completed each season. Annual authorization to proceed is contingent upon budget approval by the Metropolitan Wastewater Management Commission (MWMC). The completed Work will provide Owner with ten recoated secondary clarifier mechanisms. The Work is divided into the following schedules: 1. Schedule: a. Summer 2026: Recoat Mechanisms with Secondary Clarifiers 3 and 4. b. Summer 2027: Recoat Mechanisms with Secondary Clarifiers 1 and 2. c. Summer 2028: Recoat Mechanisms with Secondary Clarifiers 5 and 6. d. Summer 2029: Recoat Mechanisms with Secondary Clarifiers 7 and 8. e.
