Demolition, site work and new construction of a civil project in Manchester Township, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; for the demolition of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The scope of this project generally includes the in-kind replacement of existing Well No. 10 with new Replacement Well No. 13. The new well will be constructed within 50 feet of the existing well. Project work will include the proper sealing and abandonment of Well No. 10 in accordance with N.J.A.C. 7:9D, as well as the removal of the existing chlorine contact tank. In its place, 42 linear feet of 48-inch diameter PVC chlorine contact piping will be installed. The project is located at the site of existing Well No. 10 in Manchester Township, Ocean County, New Jersey, identified as Block 86, Lot 2.06.
