Reference Number 0000422961 The Department is requesting a design build for six (6) locations in its South facility: General Requirements pertaining to all locations are plan submittals by registered design professionals, all new office/storage spaces where door hardware is located to be keyed to master key, and if not otherwise stated, any locations of work that disturb existing vinyl board wall covering to be replaced with 5/8 drywall. All plans must bear the stamp of a design professional licensed in the State of Colorado. Question Deadline 05/15/2026 at 5:00 PM MT All questions should be submitted, in writing via email, to Lauren Burrus, Director of Finance: laurenb@pprbd.org, Questions received after this deadline may not be answered by the Department. Pikes Peak Regional Building Department, a governmental facility (the Department), is requesting proposals from qualified vendors for pricing on a design build and add alternate for the South location at 2880 International Circle, Colorado Springs, CO 80910. Pricing information provided through public submission only will be considered by the Department. Materials submitted should be confined to the contractor's design build plan, detailed pricing, including a specific disclosure of OH&P, and transaction fees.
