Pre-qualification Requirements: Prospective bidders must submit prequalification documents by the specified deadline using forms provided by the District, including for listed mechanical, electrical, or plumbing subcontractors holding certain license classifications (C-4, C-7, C-10, C-16, C-20, C-34, C-36, C-38, C-42, C-43, or C-46). Bidders must possess a valid and appropriate California contractors license. Attendance at the entire mandatory pre-bid conference is required.
