Site work and new construction of a civil project in Springfield, Missouri. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
This project is moving forward to provide public sanitary sewer services to the area generally around Interstate 44 and State Highway MM intersection. The project will consist of the construction of a new public sanitary sewer lift station installed at 6821 W Independence Dr, approximately 3,300 linear feet of 15 PVC sewer main installed from the new lift station to the east side of State Highway MM just north of Interstate 44, fifteen manholes, and approximately 16,600 linear feet of 10 PVC force main installed from the new lift station to the discharge manhole near the intersection of Farm Road 140 and Farm Road 115. The cutoff for any questions about this bid is Tuesday, May 26, 2026, at 12:00 P.M. (CST) Each bidder shall examine all Invitation for Bid documents and shall judge all matters relating to the adequacy and accuracy of such documents. Any inquiries or suggestions concerning the interpretation, clarification, or additional information pertaining to the Invitation for Bid shall be made in writing and submitted via email to the Buyer, Morgan Blankenship, morgan.blankenship@springfieldmo.gov
