Site work and paving for an educational facility in West Northfield, Nova Scotia. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility; and for paving for a educational facility.
The work includes the provision of all materials, labour, and equipment necessary to complete the paving at West Northfield Elementary School (WNES). Question Deadline 05/12/2026 Notify Patti White, Procurement Analyst by email to pwhite@ssrce.ca no less than five (5) working days before Tender Closing of omissions, errors or ambiguities found in Contract Documents. Addenda will be issued no less than three (3) business days before tender closing date and time and will form part of the Contract Documents. Bid security in the form of a Certified Cheque, Irrevocable Letter of Credit, or Bid Bond on CCDC Form 220, in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Bid Price made payable to, or naming SSRCE (as obligee), must accompany the tender. Performance Bond and Labour and Material Payment Bonds, submitted by the tenderers, shall be provided at the expense of the tenderer and shall be with an established Surety Company satisfactory to and approved by SSRCE.
