Description

Demolition, site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Charlotte, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the demolition of a 7,000-square-foot retail development.

Demolition of an existing structure and construction of a new 263-space urban precast concrete parking deck with elevators, egress stairwells, emergency generators, fire pump, and approximately 7,000 SF of retail shell space along 7th Street. Includes streetscape improvements to 7th Street. Construction duration is anticipated to be approximately 12 months, subject to change based on Construction Drawings release. Pre-qualification requirements: All bidders must complete the project-specific prequalification process, meeting both North Carolina and Mecklenburg County requirements.
