The project consists of providing all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to perform roof repairs at Monterey Highlands Elementary School, Buildings A and B. Work includes preparation and cleaning of the existing built-up roofing system; removal and replacement of deteriorated roofing materials as required; and installation of a reinforced fluid-applied roofing membrane system over designated areas. The scope also includes repair and encapsulation of existing roof surfaces, installation and/or replacement of flashings, penetrations, and related accessories, replacement of existing skylights, and application of a Title 24-compliant reflective coating where specified. All work shall result in a complete, watertight, and warrantable roofing system. Work is to be completed within forty-five calendar days.
