The City of Hot Springs is issuing a request for proposals or invitation to bid for structure demolition. Interested bidders must register online to submit bids electronically, which is the preferred method. Sealed paper responses can also be submitted by mail or in person but must be identified as a sealed bid and show the item or bid number. Facsimile submissions are not acceptable. All responses must be submitted no later than the specified date and time for consideration. There will be a mandatory pre-bid meeting at the specified location for this particular site.
