Description

Remodeling of a mixed-use development in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the remodel of a educational facility; and educational facility.

New Foundations Charter School will receive sealed bids for the New Foundations Charter Elementary School and High School Painting Project in the form of a single prime lump sum contract through PennBid. Proposals shall conform to all other requirements as more fully set forth in the bidding documents. The New Foundations Charter School Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any informality in any bid, to eliminate or reduce items or quantities, and exercise its judgment as to the comparative merit of the products and services offered.
