Renovation of an educational facility in Houghton Lake, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Responsible parties are requested to submit proposals to replace one existing walk-in freezer at Collins Elementary School. The School District seeks to award a sole source agreement for this equipment replacement. Proposals must include the following completed forms: Vendor Experience and References, Project Scope and Timeline, Acknowledgement, Non-Collusion Affidavit, Historically Underutilized Business (HUB) Certification, Certification Regarding Debarment, Suspension, Ineligibility and Voluntary Exclusion Lower Tier Covered Transactions, Familial Disclosure Statement, and Iran Economic Sanctions Act Certification. Proposals should be submitted either by mail or email prior to the specified deadline. Each respondent must respond to all required items. A site visit is strongly recommended. The proposal must be signed by an authorized individual, and by submitting, the offeror acknowledges all terms and conditions. Bidders are required to bid according to specifications, identifying any exceptions in their proposal. The School District reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to consider the competency, responsibility, experience, and reputation of bidders in making the award.
