This project is a Request for Proposals for the Michell Bridge Replacement. The City of Pickering invites prospective proponents to submit proposals for the replacement of the Michell Bridge, as described in the RFP Particulars. Bidders must not be a U.S. Business, defined as a supplier, manufacturer, or distributor whose headquarters or main office is located in the United States and who has no full-time employees in Canada at the time of the procurement process. Subsidiaries are considered to be U.S. Businesses if their parent company is headquartered in the United States. The bid process requires online submissions only, and documents may be accessed online with a subscription or pay-per-bid access. The language for submissions is English unless otherwise specified.
