LLW No(s): 138319/141498/141499/142144 X01243775-S2, SCA26-22516D-1 Question Deadline 05/22/2026 All questions by prospective bidders concerning this solicitation should be directed to rfisca@nycsca.org The Work shall be as described in the Contract Documents, including but not limited to the following: 1.Repointing of brick masonry at various locations throughout all facades. 2.Recaulking of all existing control joints at Facades. 3.Recaulking of second floor cornice. 4.Replacement of existing limestone entrance pediments with cast stone. 5.Spandrel beam Repair and related face brick replacement at select locations. 6.Limestone panel replacement at select locations. 7.Flashing work at lintels and related face brick replacement at South Rear Facade and East Playground Facade. 8.Recaulking window perimeter sealant at select locations affected by lintel and face brick replacement at South Rear facade and east Playground Facade. 9.Remove, protect, store, paint and reinstall existing window guards affected by repointing and face brick replacement work. 10.Face Brick replacement and flashing work at walls above exit 4 vestibule. 11.Replacement of Parapets at Roof 2 & 3 12.Repointing of brick masonry at parapets of roof 1 13.Recaulking of coping joints at parapets of roof 1 14.Reset coping stones with new thru wall coping flashing at select locations of Roof 1 Parapets. 15.Install new lightning protection system as indicated on electrical Drawings. 16.Replace 3 Ft Wide roof strip along roof 2 perimeter. 17.Replace entire roof 3 18.Apply cold fluid applied resin membrane over bulkhead metal roof # 7 and over existing exhaust vent roof and metal cladding as indicated on roof plan. 19.Replace existing. exhaust Vent B with new vent at same location, as indicated on Roof Plan. 20.At grade level, provide 5FT wide concrete pavement pitching away from building perimeter. 21.Resin injections at foundation wall and slab interface at select locations.
