The Finger Lakes DDSO is requesting bids for a Kitchen Renovation at the Wells-Curtice IRA located at 5580 Wells Curtice Rd, Canandaigua, NY 14424. Contractors are required to attend a mandatory site visit to verify knowledge of the area before submitting a bid. Bids submitted before the site visit or from vendors who do not attend, or arrive late to, the site visit will not be accepted and may result in disqualification. This is a NYS public works project and prevailing wages must be paid. Bidders must provide their NYSDOL registration number and submit their Certificate of Registration with the bid. Failure to provide these documents will result in disqualification. Requests for an invitation for bid must reference the location and project title on company letterhead, including a current email address and/or fax number, submitted via fax or email.
