It also includes a maintenance contract covering the one-year warranty period for the building located at 911 Jean-Talon Street East in Montreal. Description Real estate arm of the City of Montreal, the Societe d'habitation et de developpement de Montreal ("SHDM") contributes to the social and economic development of Montreal through the development and management of a predominantly residential and commercial real estate portfolio. In the midst of a housing crisis, she is pursuing her vision of building affordable housing now and for the long term in Montreal. As a non-profit paramunicipal organization, the SHDM helps maintain and increase the supply of residential rental housing for a mix of clienteles, including people in vulnerable situations, and promote access to home ownership. In this context, the SHDM is requesting submissions for the following project: GUARANTEES: The Submission must be accompanied by the following documents: . A Bid Guarantee worth 10% of the total cost of the Bid, excluding applicable taxes; . A performance bond worth 50% of the total cost of the Contract to be entered into, including applicable taxes; . A guarantee for wages, materials and services, valued at 50% of the total cost of the Contract to be entered into, including applicable taxes.
