BridgeValley Community & Technical College is soliciting quotations from qualified HVAC contractors to provide preventative maintenance, inspection, and repair services for the HVAC systems within a College facility totaling approximately 53,621 square feet. Proposals may be submitted electronically or by mail/hand delivery, with specific instructions for each method, and must include all required exhibits and documents. The bid must be firm and independently prepared. Respondents must avoid conflicts of interest and are expected to provide concise and straightforward proposals describing their ability to satisfy the solicitation requirements. Failure to comply with submission procedures, deadlines, or addendum acknowledgments may result in disqualification. The College reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, wholly or partially, and may withdraw the solicitation at any time for any reason.
