The Deliverables include a comprehensive verification (point to point) and maintenance program to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and performance of the Building Management Control System (BMCS) at the 50 Corriveau Ave and 2 Boudreau Road facilities. The scope of work includes: (A) Year 1 - Recommissioning Services/Program install: A one-time, full recommissioning of the existing BMCS, including system point-to-point verification (all inputs/outputs), network and wiring verification (controllers), documented reporting, and installation of Reliable Controls RC-WebView software. (B) Ongoing Preventative Maintenance (Years 1-5): Quarterly services (January, April, July, October), including testing network functionality/software updates, sequence testing of heating/cooling systems, air handling unit (AHU) sensor verification, and reporting and addressing operator issues and/or concerns.
