The scope of work includes the demolition and replacement of the existing mechanical system for the Vista Park bathroom facility at 642 Radnor Avenue. This involves removal of existing mechanical equipment and associated components, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing improvements, wall construction and alterations, interior finishes and accessories, demolition, and debris disposal. The work also includes all other tasks necessary for completion of the project, whether or not specifically described in the contract documents. All work must be completed within 120 calendar days from Notice to Proceed. Instructions to bidders include: Bid Packets must be completed as designated in the contract documents, enclosed in a sealed envelope with the bidder's name and address and the name of the project, and addressed to the Borough of Pine Beach. Each bid must be accompanied by a Statement of Consent of Surety from an authorized surety company and either a Bid Bond or Certified Check for not less than ten percent of the total bid price (not to exceed $20,000). A Performance and Payment Bond for the full amount of the project is required from the successful bidder. Vendors suspended, debarred, or disqualified under N.J.A.C. 7:1D-2 are excluded from participation. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
