As part of the required services, the selected CMAR will provide preconstruction phase assistance to the Architect, Owner, and Owner's Consultants including assistance with the selection of building systems, cost estimating and scheduling. If it is determined to be in the best interest of the Owner, the CMAR will then construct the project(s) herein described.
