Site work for a water / sewer project in Corpus Christi, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
**As of May 07, 2026, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The project consists of a 250,000-gallon underground storage tank and pump station at the Oso Water Reclamation Plant and approximately 10.5 miles of 36-inch pipe. Also included in the scope of work are modifications at the Oso Water Reclamation Plant to divert effluent flows to the proposed underground storage tank. In addition, chemical feed system additions for the removal of phosphorus are included in the scope of work. Refer to Section 2 and Attachment D for project overview and background documents. Ardurra Group, Inc. is seeking a qualified Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) to provide construction manager at risk services in connection with the final design and to perform the construction of the Reclaimed Water for Industrial Reuse Project. The estimated construction cost for this project is $108 million dollars. Each proposer is required to submit a Qualifications Packet and a Cost Proposal separately, and both should be submitted in a separate, sealed envelope. Question Deadline 04/16/2026 at 5:00 PM CT
