Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Corpus Christi, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Construction of a new surface parking lot at Corpus Christi Cathedral, including but not limited to concrete paving, landscaping, irrigation, and security fencing. Proposals are to be submitted for a General Contract covering all required trades. Proposers must be qualified and properly licensed under relevant laws, capable of obtaining required insurance and bonds, and submit a proposal security in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount. Performance Bond, separate Labor and Material Payment Bond, and Insurance acceptable to the Owner will be required of the successful bidder. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities. Only complete sets of procurement and contracting documents will be issued to prime proposers and major contractors. Proposals must be prepared and submitted in compliance with the instructions provided by the Owner.
