Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Corpus Christi, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Scope of work generally consists of installing approximately 2,200 linear track feet of new Bypass Rail at the PCCA Bulk Materials Terminal to connect two existing tracks, includes associated asphalt and concrete roadway repairs, as well as required drainage improvements. This is a lump sum contract. Bidder must submit a bid bond or cashier's check for 5% of the total amount of the bid. Performance and Payment Bonds are required when the successful bidder executes this contract, each for 100% of the total contract amount. Contract will be awarded to the best, responsible, responsive Bidder that provides the best value to PCCA. The PCCA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids received.
