**As of July 30, 2026, the project was awarded to CCC Group, Inc. but the awarded amount is not available.** Stroman Security Station Canopy (Re-bid) Project. Scope of Work Generally Consists of the Construction of a New Security Canopy Over the Existing Guard Station, Utility Relocations, and Electrical Upgrades. Work Also Consists of New Cameras, Lighting, and Routing of Communication Lines. This is a Lump Sum Contract. Bidder Must Submit a Bid Bond or Cashier's Check for 5% of the Total Amount of the Bid. Performance and Payment Bonds Are Required When the Successful Bidder Executes This Contract, Each for 100% of the Total Contract Amount. The Project Location is at a Twic Secure Area; Therefore, Advanced Registration is Required for the Site Visit. The Site Visit is in Person Only. Bids Submitted by Express Mail Service Must Be in a Sealed Envelope Inside the Express Mail Packaging. The Pcca Reserves the Right to Accept or Reject Any or All Bids Received.
