The intention is to select, via a One Step Method Request for Proposals, a Construction Manager-at-Risk for Hutto ISD's South Transportation Center. Proposers must prepare and submit a Proposal Submittal and Cost Submittal, including a response to all requirements indicated. Using the provided Cost Forms, offerors must submit their proposed pre-construction services fee, fee, and fee to fulfill the general conditions. Hutto ISD encourages online submission through Bonfire, but sealed physical proposals are also permitted, clearly marked and following specific requirements.
