The City of Casper, Wyoming is seeking a qualified professional engineering firm to provide review, opinion, and recommendations for the Drainage Study - Eagle Valley, Back 9 Subdivisions, dated April 9, 2026 (2026 Drainage Study). The specific nature of the scope of work for the project is outlined in this Request for Proposals (RFP). Interested Consultants shall submit proposals which will be evaluated based on qualifications and fees. Consultants shall have experience in overland storm drainage, piped storm sewer systems, and stormwater management plans as well as experience in peer reviews of storm water studies.
