Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Casper, Wyoming. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and playground / park / athletic field.

The project consists of electrical utility upgrades to the Fort Caspar Campground. The work includes installation of new conduit for utility conductors, installation of new pad/vault for a new utility transformer, installation of a new electrical panel, disconnection and removal of existing RV pedestals, removal and replacement of existing Bath House panel, and furnishing and installing new single-sided and double-sided RV pedestals. All eligible bids must be submitted online . Bids will only be received and accepted via the online electronic bid service. Prospective bidders must be on the Planholder list for bids to be accepted. A Bid Guaranty in the form of a properly executed Bid Bond payable to the City in the amount of not less than 5% of the total base bid amount must accompany each online bid in the form of a scanned electronic copy. If the bid is less than $150,000, a Cashier's Check for not less than 5% of the total base bid amount may be submitted. The successful bidder will be required to deliver the hardcopy Bid Guaranty within five business days and execute an Agreement with the City within thirty days after Notice of Award is issued. Preference will be granted to Wyoming contractors, subcontractors, laborers, and materials, supplies, equipment, machinery, and provisions produced, manufactured, supplied, or grown in Wyoming, as required by W.S.
