Site work for a water / sewer project in Casper, Wyoming. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Approximately 255 feet of storm sewer pipe cleaning and lining near and beneath the Center Street railroad underpass; 5 catch basins to be rehabilitated; new bird deterrence units; and miscellaneous concrete repairs. All eligible Bids must be submitted online through QuestCDN VirtuBid at or before the stated time. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days after the date set for opening. The City of Casper, Wyoming, reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or technicalities in the bidding; however, any bid received after the time specified or without accompanying Bid Guaranty will not be considered. Complete digital project bidding documents are available at the City of Casper's website. To be considered a Planholder for bids, a contractor must register with QuestCDN.com and purchase the contract documents in digital form. Registering as a Planholder is recommended for all prime contractors and subcontractors as Planholders will receive automatic notice of addenda and other contract document updates. An additional fee will be charged to place a bid for the project. For this project, bids will ONLY be received and accepted via the online electronic bid service through QuestCDN.com. Prospective bidders must be on the Planholder list through QuestCDN for bids to be accepted.
