Description

Renovation of an industrial development in Casper, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the renovation of a industrial development.

The work consists of removal and replacement of the existing entrance gate, gate controller, and all associated work at the COMB Building at the City of Casper Regional Landfill. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty in the form of a properly executed Bid Bond payable to the City in the amount of not less than 5% of the total base bid amount, submitted as a scanned electronic copy. If the bid is less than $150,000.00, a Cashier's Check for not less than 5% of the total base bid amount may be submitted instead. The successful Bidder must deliver the hardcopy Bid Guaranty within five (5) business days. An Agreement must be executed with the City within thirty (30) days after Notice of Award is issued. Est.
