Replacement of the rooftop HVAC unit and controls at the Casper Recreation Center, 1801 East 4th Street. All eligible Bids must be submitted online through QuestCDN VirtuBid at or before the stated time. Bids will be opened publicly and read aloud in the City of Casper, Lobby, 200 N David Street, Casper, Wyoming. Complete digital project bidding documents are available at the City of Caspers website by clicking the City of Casper Construction Projects Bidding link. A contractor may view the contract documents at no cost prior to deciding to become a Planholder. Question Deadline 05/15/2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents shall be submitted to Engineer in writing. Replies will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by Engineer as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than ten (10) days prior to the date for opening the Bids will not be answered.
