The Island Regional Transportation Planning Organization is soliciting proposals from consulting firms or individuals to update a Public Transit – Human Services Transportation Plan in accordance with the requirements of Washington State’s HSTP Guidebook. Previous plans can be viewed on Island County’s Regional Transportation Planning website. Bidders must submit their proposals to Island County Public Works, Engineering Division, Attn: Malcolm Roberts, Transportation Planner, either at the Island County Annex Public Works counter at 1 NE 7th Street, Coupeville, Washington 98239, by mail to the same address, or by email to malcolm.roberts@islandcountywa.gov. The agency is committed to nondiscrimination on the basis of disability and will provide material in alternate formats upon request. Disadvantaged business enterprises will be given full opportunity to submit bids and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, national origin, or sex in consideration for an award.
