Renovation of a mixed-use development in Atlanta, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a two-story above grade, 230-seat theater / auditorium; and educational facility.
Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act, this electronic Request for Quotes is issued to establish a contract with one or more qualified suppliers to provide a comprehensive upgrade of the lighting and lighting control system serving the Moot Courtroom/Auditorium (Room 041, 230 seats) and associated lower-level spaces within the College of Law facility for the Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia, by and on behalf of Georgia State University. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to: removal and proper disposal of existing luminaires, one-for-one replacement with new energy-efficient LED lighting fixtures, installation of a new dimming and lighting control system utilizing existing electrical circuits, configuration of multiple lighting control zones, and full integration of the lighting system with the facility's existing audiovisual (AV) control system. All work will be performed at the Georgia State University College of Law, located on the downtown Atlanta campus.
