Site work and new construction of a civil project in Claremont, North Carolina. Completed plans call civil work for a road / highway and water / sewer project.
Construction of approximately 1450 linear feet of 24-foot wide paved industrial access roadway including grading, drainage, erosion control, pavement structure, signage, 1,350 linear feet of 12-inch diameter water mains along the Roadway including hydrants, valves and appurtenances, and 125 linear feet of 12-inch diameter gravity sewers, including seeding, grassing and restoration. In addition, there will be a 360 linear feet, 12-inch waterline extension from Conover Blvd, which will include a boring for a railroad crossing. Bidder Q&A a.
