Reference Number 0000423111 Colorado Mountain College (CMC) and the Town of Dillon desire to collaborate on the redevelopment of the Dillon Town Center to meet the needs of the community through higher education and community purposes. Town of Dillon Goals-To develop a downtown that provides public benefits, prevent blight, stimulate economic growth, and provide reinvestment possibilities within the Town Center. Colorado Mountain College Goals-Redevelop its presence within the Dillon Town Center and provide an educational experience consistent with what is provided through the District and provide a campus with modern facilities that provides access to high quality education and expand access to affordable housing for students and staff. The Town of Dillon and Colorado Mountain College see this project as a community effort and are interested in the potential of working with private entities to build out downtown Dillon for the benefit of the campus and the community.
