Reference Number 0000423947 Solar developers regarding the potential development of a new solar photovoltaic (PV) project, approximately 3-5 MW in scale, at one of several CMC campuses located within the Xcel Energy service territories . CMC has previously partnered with Ameresco on the successful Spring Valley solar + storage project delivered in collaboration with Holy Cross Energy. Building on that positive experience, CMC is exploring whether there may be mutual interest in pursuing a similar project structure. For this prospective project, CMC intends to retain the Renewable Energy Credits (RECs) generated, as part of our institutional sustainability and decarbonization goals.
