Any Necessary Engineering, Drawings, Permitting, Inspections, Materials, and Equipment Rentals Should Be Included and Described in Detail for This Proposal. The City Reserves the Right to Enter Into Agreements With Multiple Respondents, Waive Any Irregularities Submitted, Reject Any and/or All Submittals, Re-advertise, and Accept Any Submittals Deemed to Be in the Best Interest of the City. No Fax or E-mail Proposals Will Be Accepted. The City of Palatka Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Proposals and Waive Any Irregularities. All Questions Shall Be Emailed to the Contact Listed Above and All Questions Will Be Answered in Writing. To Facilitate Effective Evaluation by the City, Responses Shall Be Limited to No More Than a Total of Twenty (20) Pages.
